🇰🇿 The presence of a certificate confirming passing the Qazaq resmi Test/Qaztest in 2021 (at least Level B1) is mandatory when applying for Master’s and doctoral studies at the Academy of Public Administration. Foreign citizens do not submit a certificate of knowledge of the state language.
