2000-The Municipal State Enterprise “Regional Center for Advanced Training of Civil Servants” of the office of the Akim of Atyrau region was established.
Basis: Decision of the Akim of Atyrau region №670 of December 6, 2000.
2011-Municipal State Enterprise “Regional Center for Retraining and Advanced training of Civil servants” of the Akim’s office Atyrau region was reorganized by the accession of municipal state enterprise “Educational-methodical center “Til” of management on development of languages Karaganda area” and renamed the municipal state enterprise “Regional center of retraining, advanced training and language training of civil servants” of akim of Atyrau region.
Basis: Resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau region №207 of July 18, 2011.
2011 – Municipal state enterprise “Regional center of retraining, advanced training and language training of civil servants” of akim of Atyrau oblast was reorganized by conversion to municipal state enterprise “Regional center of retraining, advanced training and language training of civil servants” of akim of Atyrau region.
Basis: Resolution of the Akimat of Atyrau region №376 of December 26, 2011.
2017 – Municipal state enterprise “Regional center of retraining, advanced training and language training of civil servants” of akim of Atyrau oblast was transferred from municipal property to the Republican property and renamed to the Republican state enterprise “Regional center of retraining and advanced training of civil servants in Atyrau region,” the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption.

2018 – Republican state enterprise “Regional center of retraining and advanced training of civil servants in Atyrau region,” the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for civil service Affairs and anti-corruption was reorganized by merging the Republican state enterprise “Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was renamed into a Branch of Republican state enterprise “Academy of public administration under the President of the Republic Kazakhstan ” by Atyrau region areas.
