The implementation of the concept of a” Listening state ” is a common task for all of us. Head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted in his address that effective feedback with the population is the main task of every civil servant, as well as the ability to listen to the needs of the population and solve them in a timely manner.

Today, the branch has launched an advanced training seminar on the topic: “The listening State: tools for interaction with the population and civil society”.

“As a result of the seminar, students will develop professional competencies and practical skills in responding to requests from the media, NGOs and the public, the transition from a highly decentralized system to the principle of” “bottom-up””, the creation of a “”single window “” on interaction of the state with the population in electronic format, online broadcasting of open meetings of state bodies, the formation of a culture of openness of state bodies, effective communication with the population and civil society.”
