3-month language course “Level English language training” for civil servants of local executive bodies has started in the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Atyrau region since January 31, 2022.
The aim of the course is to master a foreign language by civil servants as a means of communication, use it in oral and written communication and in 4 types of language learning activities, in particular, receptive listening and reading, productive speech and writing, as well as in three different aspects of the language, such as vocabulary, phonetics and grammar.
The course is taught by an English teacher, a master’s student of the “Bolashak” program in the specialty “Globalization of education: experience and politics” Umbetzhanova Gulbanu Menazhahadinovna. ⠀
Participants of the course form reading, writing, speaking, listening skills at the initial level of English.
