The branch launched a seminar on the topic “Tools for making effective management decisions: cost-benefit analysis”.
The purpose of the seminar is to master the tools for making effective management decisions, the development of professional competencies and practical skills.
The program of the 40-hour seminar includes the following competencies:
– Decision-making
– Strategic systems thinking
– Activity management
– Digital skills
Participants develop professional competencies and practical management decision-making skills using tools for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives proposed as a result of the seminar.
Lecturer Jetpisova Aliya Baitleuovna gave lectures on the following topics:
“The concept of public administration development in the Republic of Kazakhstan until 2030″building a “human-centered” model — “People first”;
“Introduction to cost-benefit analysis in the public sector”;
“Method of analysis of public policy”.

During the lecture, in the format of an interactive discussion, the participants discussed practical cases related to their direct activities.
